Esports is a booming global industry where skilled video gamers play competitively. In the same way that traditional sports have competitions in football, waterpolo and basketball, esports encompasses competitions across a variety of video games.

CoGa offers a new client acquisition channel by running a competitive gaming platform and offering it as a white label product for big brands to attract the targeted segments. CoGa is also big in traffic generation – in the best single country tournaments CoGa has managed to grasp the attention of 2 million unique and responsive viewers.

Currently, CoGa is preparing R&D and new market exploration projects. The goal is to obtain €300K funding, half of which is sought from private investors.


Contrary to common perception, esports is not simply a phenomenon occurring in the basements of unemployed twentysomethings; the industry is real, growing globally, and investable. In fact, over 380 million people watch esports worldwide both online and in person. With its fragmented landscape and digital platform, the esports sector holds promise for a multitude of monetization opportunities.

The platform is active and strong in Finland and the main collaborators are in Malta. CoGa will now look at expanding to Scandinavian, Mediterranean (Malta, Italy, Turkey) and Gulf Countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar).

Business Model

Our competitive gaming platform works primarily as consumer targeting and engagement tool for business differentiation of big brands. Even though we work mainly via branding (white labelling) our strongest revenue generation comes from consumer gaming (tournaments).

We can enable a tournament of virtually any digital skill game, that can be specific to a certain country and given target segment. Therefore, the tool is ideal for testing new geographical and cultural markets while generating an initial client base in new markets.

Tournaments happen on our platform constantly and streamers are tapping into this traffic. Indeed, we are having a symbiotic relationship with streamers, where they can build their follower base while we provide content and gain a wider audience at the same time.


We have built a unique skill gaming platform that creates significant value for branding and revenue generation. In the platform, consumers can test their gaming skills, support favourite teams and simply entertain themselves. Supported games include not only Esports classics such as CS:Go, Overwatch, League of Legends and but also any other digital game with an open API. Funnily enough, also offline games can be run on our tournament platform, such as for example chess, or bocci. The easy to use payment solutions and automatic pot distribution makes this a go-to cash free tournament platform. The platform has already been tested and its business feasibility confirmed. In one single event, we reached 2+ million total contacts with huge client brand awareness. In a short time, we have therefore gained significant market share in a Nordic country as digital game tournament organiser and are now monetising this position together with industry seeking ways to attract new clients in the online realm.
